The room is in a large 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor (4th) facing south. There is a long deck with room for a bike. There are chairs for a sunny day. A new double bed & mattress are on order. The living room is set up as a common room with a desk, TV and comfy couch and chair. The bathroom is shared. There are designated shelves / space in the kitchen and bathroom. The building is tucked behind tall trees in the Century Village complex on 56th, across from Browns Social House in Tsawwassen. It is very quiet. There is parking available both in the parkade and outside in an assigned spot. There are bus stops to the ferries and to Ladner exchange just outside the complex. There are laundry facilities on the same floor.

I am the only tenant living here with a sweet little tuxedo, Miso. She is 17yrs. I am comfortable with a male or female tenant.
