The room is in a large 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor (4th) facing south. It is currently used as an office. It will be stocked with a dresser, matching bedside table and lamps and new twin bed. The bathroom is shared. The building is tucked behind tall trees in the Century Village complex on 56th, across from Browns Social House in Tsawwassen. It is very quiet. There is parking available both in the parkade and outside in an assigned spot. The outside spot is included in the rent if that is your preference. The inside stall is an additional 35.00. There are bus stops to the ferries and to Ladner exchange just outside the complex. There are laundry facilities on the same floor.

I am the only tenant living here with a sweet little tuxedo, Miso. She is 17yrs. I live a quiet life and love to be in nature. I am in between jobs as I look for work in an all new career. I am comfortable with both male or female tenants. I grew up with 3 older brothers so I am comfortable with either.
