Furnished room, very clean. Beautiful house with a deck in the back with TV and Netflix. Close to the airport. There’s a TTC bus stop literally across from house. 5 minute walk from the GO Station and UP Station. Nearest TTC stations are Lawrence West and Yorkdale. No pets allowed and no kids. No smoking in the bedroom. Must be an easy going clean, and peaceful person. We are very calm here and friendly 🙏 Supermarket and stores are close by. I clean my entire house, only thing you have to clean is your bedroom and clean up kitchen after use. Must talk with other tenants about cleaning bathroom schedule. I have my own bathroom in the main bedroom, so you will be sharing with the other roommates, there’s 2 women and myself currently, one works two jobs and not home much, and the other is a flight attendant and rarely home.

I live here, I’m the owner of the house. There’s 2 more renters, 2 women. One is a flight attendant and she travels a lot, the other works 2 jobs and is rarely home.
