This unit is a 3-storey townhouse with 3 beds and 2 baths with in-unit laundry. Two beds are on the third floor with one bathroom, the middle level has the living room w/ balcony, dining room and kitchen, while the basement has the third room, living room, patio, entryway and bathroom w/laundry. The room available is the medium size of the three and also comes with the underground parking space if you want it

Rent is 950 each, wifi is 80 and power is equalised at 350 (this may go down in the fall). So individual rent is approximately 1100 for everything included. This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the NSCC IT campus and is less than a five minute walk to the #7 bus route.

Open to mens, fems, theys and thems. No smoking/cannabis use on the property

About me: I am a pharmacy student in my early 30s and I have a dog and a cat. My pets get along with others after proper introductions so we can discuss if you also have pets. My cat would love a friend while my dog is more focused on human attention. I’m looking for housemates who are chill and know how to clean without my telling them to. I enjoy reading, gaming, anime, and exercising with my dog.

The other tenant will be new as of September and they are a non-binary person (AFAB) who is an NSCAD student who is very nice and chill
