The lease ends August 1st, but it’s very easy to renew since the building is professionally managed and has an on-site office where you can request renewals or maintenance. You would be living with one other person who currently occupies the master bedroom. You can either renew the lease together or find another roommate if preferred.
The bedroom is $1,520 per month, not including utilities. Utilities are approximately $120 per month and include hydro, water, electricity, and internet.
The apartment is 664 sq ft.
The bedroom is not an ensuite, but the bathroom is right next to the room, which makes it very convenient. The room will most likely be unfurnished unless you need the bed.
The closet is very large and offers plenty of storage space. Although the room does not have windows, it still receives a good amount of light from the living room. It comfortably fits a double bed, desk, and dresser, with additional space to move around.
Other roommate is a female, studying at UofT in Rotman program. She is orginally from Turkey.
