Appliances, including washer and dryer, are available in the apartment. Internet WI-FI, heating and hot water included. Grocery store Maxi is about 4 minutes on foot. Nice and calm residential area, next to parks, new tennis courts and the Jolicoeur metro station (5 corners of the street - Green line). Come see for yourself!
