This spacious master bedroom in a spacious 5-bedroom home is located near Speedvale & Woolwich in Guelph, ideal for students or young professionals looking for a calm and convenient living environment. The room features an ensuite full bathroom and a walk-in closet. Common areas include a large kitchen with a big fridge and a deep freezer, and a huge backyard that’s perfect for relaxing or studying outside.

The room is unfurnished but the shared spaces are furnished and so far shared with three current tenants and me occasionally. Location Highlights:
