Master Suite for Rent – Quiet, Professional Home

I’m offering a spacious master bedroom with private en suite bathroom (stand-up shower, toilet, sink) and walk-in closet in a small, well-kept three-bedroom home in Collingwood.

The master suite is the largest bed room in the house and offers privacy and comfort. We would share the kitchen and living room. The home includes all appliances (fridge, stove, dish wassher, washer and dryer), driveway parking, private backyard.

About the home: I live here with my 8-year-old daughter for the past seven years. My daughter stays with me three nights a week. She is very sweet and kind, and because of that, I am thoughtful and selective about who is in our home.

About me: I’m easygoing, male 57 years old, respectful, and value a peaceful, private life and in a relationship. I run a public business in the Collingwood and appreciate discretion, maturity, and open communication.

I’m looking for: A quiet, organized, professional individual (preferably 35+) who is comfortable within themselves, respectful, and established in their work and lifestyle. Someone who values a calm environment and can communicate openly if anything needs to be discussed.

If it feels like a good fit, there’s potential to be house mates. Im looking for a long term renter and independence and privacy are fully respected.

My daughter is grade 2 and is in the house every Wednesday and Sunday nights and every other Friday and Saturday. I have a place up north I go to in the summer months on weekends and work long hours, not at home much. The house is in Creekside just south of 6th St. off High St. Any questions please ask. Thanks.
