I have I live in a very nice 3 bdr house with now 2 bdrms available. Would like a responsible Roommate . PRIVATE bathroom, washer and dryer, dhared kitchen, use of garage, fenced back yard , patio and internet. No smoking inside the house can smoke in garage. you can use second bdr as office or game room. Rent for 2 bdrms is $1200 for 1 bdr $900.

I am looking for a roommate since mine moved out of town and I do not want to move so here I am looking for a roommate. I have a dog plus cats so you must love animals like I do. I would prefer a working roommate or show me your source of income plus references. One can’t be too sure nowadays. I’m a quiet woman who does not party or do drugs.
