Abe's room

This room is in a house with multiple rented-out rooms. The house has a frontyard, backyard, and back patio. We also have a dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer. I’m looking for someone to take over the lease starting May 1st, since I’m moving out of the area. On September 1st the lease turns month-by-month, but it’s also possible to sign a new, year-long lease with the landlord.

I’m looking to transfer my lease (the landlord is agreeable to a student tenant like myself, who the other roommates vet). All the other roommates are students or just out of college/university.
