This room is in a house with multiple rented-out rooms. The house has a frontyard, backyard, and back patio. We also have a dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer. I’m looking for someone to take over the lease starting in April, May, June, or July.

I’m looking to transfer my lease (the landlord is agreeable to a student tenant like myself, who the other roommates vet). We are 6 in the house, although one lives in the garage with his own entrance and exit, and we all get along. I’ve had no noise complaints.
