We are a small family, live in the same house upstairs. The house is in a clean quite neighborhood. Full furnished clean basement apartment including a small dining and living area. You have your own washroom, kitchen and Laundry unit (No need to share). Separate entrance. Convenient to all the college, universities, groceries, and shopping mall. 2 min walk to the 24 hours TTC bus stop. NO SMOKING, NO PET Please.
