The big house is located on a quiet and very beautiful residential street close to Broadview Ave, so close to Leslieville and the Danforth. The room available is in the basement with a big window - so in the morning the sunlight is shining in. It has his own little bathroom. In the house are living 4 more people. The landlord, who has his own apartment in the basement. Ruth and Clara on the first floor and one more woman on the top floor with her own apartment. That means you would be sharing the kitchen wit Ruth and I (Clara). The kitchen is on the mainfloor and there is a big studio for exercise. The landlord uses that mostly. We are looking for someone short-term, around 2-6 months :)

We are a very lovely people and we are always friendly, kind and respectful with each other. That inculdes cleanliness and communication. Sometimes we also cook with the landlord because he is really friendly and we all get along well. It is important that the kitchen stays clean for the next person who wants to cook.
