Its in a 3 edroom apartment. Quite a large room with large window that gets sun from noon on. There is a TV in the room with Netflix & Prime. All utilities are included plus Unlimited Internet. There is an ensuite Laundry Room at no charge. The building is older but well kept up. The rooms are larger than newer properties. The property is located in the heart of Pickering, a 5 min. Walk to Pickering Town Centre, the Library, City Hall, Park & Chesnut Hill Sports Complex. 10 min. to the GO station.

I occupy 1 room & I am retired. I’m particular about the cleanliness & like everything orderly & neat, otherwise I am a pleasant but quiet woman. The 2nd & 3rd rooms are looking for pleasant & respectful occupants.
