The property is a 5 minute walk from the nearest subway station, and only a 3 minute walk from the nearest grocery store. All utilities are included and there are card operated laundry machines on the bottom floor. The building also has great amenities including a heated pool, a well-equipped gym, and a rooftop patio with a great view.

The room being listed is the largest room in the apartment with a large window that gives the room great natural lighting. The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, and rolling chair. There are also a few additional features such as a rug and painting that come included with the room. The room comes with it’s own closet and there are an additional three shared closets throughout the unit that can be used for additional storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, a toaster, microwave, kettle, kitchen scales, and shared water filter. There is also a TV mounted to the wall of the room that compatible with Netflix and other streaming services.

There are three of us living in the unit, one student and two full time workers. Out of the two us that work work full time, I am in office full-time and the other has a hybrid arrangement. We are very clean and tidy, and are particular about maintaining a clean, healthy environment for us to live and work in. Other than that, we are very easygoing, sharing house responsibilities such as cleaning or purchasing single-use items such as paper towel.
