We’re looking for a 3rd roommate to occupy an unfurnished master bedroom in our beautiful 3-bedroom apartment that spans 2 floors. You will be occupying the master bedroom on the top floor, with a balcony attached. You will be sharing the washroom with one roommate (me).

About the unit: It’s a beautiful, spacious home with lots of natural light streaming in through old stained-glass windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with tons of cupboards. The balcony is upstairs and accessible from the master bedroom.

About the neighbourhood: You will be on a quiet residential street in the lovely Riverside district, just steps away from Queen St that’s full of cute cafes, pubs, and restaurants. It’s well connected by the Queen, Dundas, and Gerrard streetcars and buses. You can easily get on the subway at Broadview Station, which also makes for an enjoyable 20-minute stroll during warmer weather. A 10-15 minute walk to Little Chinatown on Gerrard E (for cheap and cheerful groceries), Riverdale Park E., and Gerrard Square Mall, which has Food Basics, Walmart, Winners, etc

Roommate 1: Female, late 30s. I occupy the second bedroom on the top floor, so you will be sharing the washroom with me. I’ve been living in this unit for over 2 years. I manage a pet store and teach yoga. I like getting to know people, but I also enjoy my personal space. I love exploring dive bars, restaurants, thrift stores, and fitness studios, going on hikes and bike rides, parks and beaches. I have lived in the neighbourhood for over 5 years and would be happy to offer any recommendations

Roommate 2: Male, late 20s - he occupies the room on the main floor and has his own washroom. He works as a barista, and loves coffee and videogames. He is friendly and chill, but mostly keeps to himself.
