About the room

Lovely furnished bedroom in our gorgeous 1400sq ft apartment In Toronto’s Little Italy with huge shared living space + high qual finishes. Dishwasher, laundry, projector for movie nights, everything you need and even better in person. We are bipoc, queer, and artist friendly :) I had a roommate secured but she was able to stay in her place so I am now looking for a roommate September- if you are interested in this please let me know :) The room is $1600 for August , $1650 onwards.

I am Alycia a 30yr old queer artist/urban planner/ documentary filmmaker. I also like to make ceramics, design things, & run an urban planning + arts collective :) Kevin is a UX designer, breakdancer, & all-round chill and clean dude. The vibe at the home is clean, easygoing, creative. We’re social, friendly humans, and mindful of the space and time to unwind.
