We are bipoc, queer, and artist friendly :) I had a roommate secured but she was able to stay in her place so I am now looking for a roommate September- if you are interested in this please let me know :) The room is $1600 for August , $1650 onwards.

About the roomies

I am Alycia a 30yr old queer artist/urban planner/ documentary filmmaker. I also like to make ceramics, design things, & run an urban planning + arts collective :) Kevin is a UX designer, breakdancer, & all-round chill and clean dude. The vibe at the home is clean, easygoing, creative. We’re social, friendly humans, and mindful of the space and time to unwind.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
