no overnight guests unless they are safe around my child cannabis is ok but needs to be blown outside.

I can give you the other half of the living room if you just want your own space as well its a nice sized alcove it can fit alot

I will provide a door lock for your room

We share the whole apartment your welcome anywhere.

Theirs a tv in the living room your welcome to set up whatever you want on it.

I don’t party but do drink wine every so often I love to go to the gym game,cook,bake play board games card games have get togethers with mature individuals i love to spend time with my son and dog,I love listening to music.

Your more than welcome to bring anything you want as my apartment is fairly bare.

You will get your own cupboard space room in the fridge, freezer,linen closet,bathroom and hallway closet you can use anything of mine in the kitchen but do not touch my groceries ask me if you need something first…

Chihuahuas and other small dogs are ok,if friendly cats as well but you have to keep the litter box in your room.

Apartment is on top floor of a 4 floor building room comes with a bed,night stands and tv is gone.

You must clean up after yourself..

We share cleaning the bathroom I will always clean the toilet!!!

NO INCENSE my dog will have a siezure stuff that doesn’t give off smoke is ok

I prefer 20+ working,student,retired persons. I have copd so I do cough quite abit

im coming out of a shell I’ve been in for the past two years. You must be safe respectful,tidy and clean, no drugs,cannabis is ok but I will be quitting very soon health and mental state are more important to me
