no overnight guests if you don’t like that dont inquire cannabis is ok but needs to be blown outside.

I can give you the other half of the living room if you just want your own space as well its a nice sized alcove it can fit alot

I will provide a door lock for your room

Theirs a tv in the living room your welcome to set up whatever you want on it.

I don’t party but do drink every so often I love to go to the gym game,cook,bake play board games card games have get togethers with mature individuals i love to spend time with my son and dog,I love listening to music.

Your more than welcome to bring anything you want as my apartment is fairly bare.

You will get your own cupboard space room in the fridge, freezer,linen closet,bathroom and hallway closet you can use anything of mine in the kitchen but do not touch my groceries ask me if you need something first…

Apartment is on top floor of a 4 floor building room comes with a bed. Night stands and tv is gone.

You must clean up after yourself..

We share cleaning the bathroom If you have alot of hair you will be responsible with cleaning the bathtub drain

im coming out of a shell I’ve been in for the past 12 years.
