Hi! I’m looking for a room sublet for this summer (May until August) with the possibility of signing a new lease for the next year. This is a fully furnished 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, located a 10-minute walk from the University of Ottawa in Sandy Hill.
The rent is $668/month, not including utilities which are approximately $50-$60 per month (but subject to change based on the season). The room is fully furnished with a bed frame, mattress, chair, and desk. There is also a decently sized closet.
You would be living with four female university students.

I’m originally from the GTA but I go to uOttawa for nursing. The current roommates are also female uOttawa students. We are all social and friendly but also quiet, clean and respectful.
