Welcome to a clean, quiet shared home in Timmins, ideal for working professionals and travel nurses. Guests enjoy a private furnished room with access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, bathroom, and comfortable common areas.

The home is owner-occupied and is located in a convenient neighborhood close to the hospital, amenities, grocery stores, schools and main routes.

Your room is fully furnished with a queen bed, nightstand and dresser, as well as a walk-in closet. Your room is also supplied with a smart tv and mini fridge as well as a recliner couch. You will also be provided with linens, towels and a key to your room which can be blocked in both directions.

In the summer you will have access to the backyard area as well.

Hi, I’m Jasmine! I’m the owner-occupant of this quiet, well-kept home. I take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and respectful space that works especially well for working professionals and travel nurses.

I live on site with my cat (she is very friendly) and aim to keep the home calm and welcoming for everyone. I’m very approachable if you need anything, but I also respect guests’ privacy and independence.

I work in highway construction as an inspector and work out of my office or out on the road regularly. I enjoy playing video games, baking, knitting and crotchet, and doing home improvements, as well as skiing and swimming.
