Offering a sublease for 1 female student in a 4-bed, 1 bath apartment at 235 Chancellor’s Way. This is only available to Ontario university students. The sublease is intended for the summer months, beginning May 1st until August 30th.

The apartment is a bright, spacious unit with lots of storage and is fully furnished in living room, kitchen & bathroom. The bedroom is furnished. The main area is open concept with living room and kitchen attached, both very spacious. The bathroom is also quite big and holds the laundry machines as well. Bedrooms are all identical with one exterior window that brings in lots of natural light & they each have a large double door closet.

Utilities are not included in rent price. Ideally for someone working or volunteering over the summer months, or if you’re attending summer school courses. As well, if you and a friend are looking to sublet together, there is another bedroom in this apartment available for sublease.

Currently, 2 of the 4 roommates will be out of town for the summer months, and the remaining 2 will be staying and working over the summer. They are both friendly and responsible roommates, and one has two pet cats as well!
