The apartment is a bright, spacious unit with lots of storage and is fully furnished in living room, kitchen & bathroom. The main area is open concept with living room and kitchen attached, both very spacious. The bathroom is also quite big and holds the laundry machines as well. Bedrooms are all identical with one exterior window that brings in lots of natural light & they each have a large double door closet. Utilities are not included in rent price. We also have two very sweet pet cats!

Currently, there are 3 students living in this apartment, all students at the university of Guelph. They are super sweet and friendly, and we all enjoy spending time together and having movie nights.
