Hydro is hydro in full is $137.32/ month so approximately $46 each.

Wifi is currently at $20 each although I might change the wifi plan once my current roomates move out as the wifi is under their name right now.

Insurance will depend on the plan chosen with discussions together.

We also have a yard which is super rare in Montreal and we live right next to station Papineau on the green line. We also live right next to 3 grocery stores and a pharmacy.
