The rooms available for rent are located on the main floor of the house as well as the bathroom. Each room is approximately the size of a dorm room and have nicely sized closets.

For one roommate:

• You would have access to both of these bedrooms, and can use them both. For example you could have one as a bedroom and one as a study room or one as a full closet should you want.
• You would have your own bedroom located in between the two rooms
• There is a shared kitchen located just outside of the rooms as well.

For two roommates:

• Each would have one of the rooms on the main floor
• You would share the bathroom on the main floor

It is a very good house with plenty of space. It is three floors, has a garage (as seen in photos) with a spare fridge in it, ample parking spots as well as street parking, and a wooden deck. Rooms are okay to be painted and you are able to hang stuff off of the walls as well. Utilities included except for internet including heat and ac. 10 minute walk from the university or a 4 minute drive. Laundry available in the house. Rent has been said to be $2500+ however once we solidify number of roommates we will have a more exact number.
