There are 2/3 bedrooms available for 64 Marlborough Ave. There are 2 large bedrooms available on the 3rd floor where there is a shared powder room and full bathroom on the 1st floor. A third smaller bedroom is on the 2nd floor where there is a shared full bathroom as well. The house has a large kitchen with dishwasher, stove, 2 fridges, and microwave. Laundry and dryer are located in the basement of the house. It has a large living room and dining area as well as a sunroom on the main floor. Hydro and gas are not included in the rent. Street parking is available with a permit and garbage/recycling bins are present behind the property which are taken out every week. The house is only about a 10min walk to the uOttawa campus and it is also close to Lees, Rideau street, Elgin street, the Byward Market, and Centretown.
There are 2 of us planning to continue living at 64 Marlborough. We are both health science students at uOttawa. We are school focused but also enjoy spending time doing other activities. During the week we spend most of our time on campus or work. We like to keep the shared spaces relatively clean and are okay with roommates having other people over.
