This property is great especially for Waterloo students as it is only a 10 minute walk from the campus and is also only a bus ride away from Laurier. The apartment and room come fully furnished and include an oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, AC, microwave etc… The apartment is a 5 minute walk away from a plaza that includes the grocery store T&T, Popeyes, a pharmacy, nail place, Boba Tea place and much more!

The apartment included 3 other female roommates who are students at Waterloo. They are all kind, clean, respectful, don’t do drugs or and don’t own pets. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so 2 girls share a washroom.
