Fully furnished, freshly-painted bedroom in a three-bedroom, one-bathroom second-floor apartment on Bloor Street West, in one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Toronto. It’s a two minute walk from Ossington subway station. The bedroom is south facing, with all-day sunlight, and includes a bed with a frame and box spring, a desk and chair, and a dresser.

The kitchen, living room, and balcony are common spaces for all three roommates. We have a private washer and dryer for our unit.

The rent is $975, which includes all utilities and high-speed internet.

There’s no room for anything else in the bedroom and we don’t have any storage space unfortunately, so if you have your own furniture it won’t be a good fit. Likewise, the kitchen is fully equipped and there’s no room for more appliances. This room is ideal for people new to the city, or transitioning between places.

We are in our thirties and forties, clean and generally quiet. We have friends over occasionally but don’t throw parties.

We’re looking for someone about the same age who’s similarly clean and respectful. As we both work mostly from home, we’re ideally looking for someone work way from home during the work week. Open to short or long-term. Tell us a bit about yourself and what brings you to the neighborhood!

Currently two professionals, mostly working from home during the week, so we are favoring someone working elsewhere Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.
