I’m a retired single male homeowner and landlord who occupies the second bedroom for myself but would share the rest of my home respectfully to likeminded people of all genders. I’m friendly, active and may be absent for long periods of time (6-8 months) each year. There are two other working tenants living on the same property but have private entrances and are separated from the main home.
