I have one fair sized room available in my 6 bed 3 bath house I am trying to fill. We are located in the Hertiage close area just across from the Safeway.
It is a 5 minute drive from the university with a bus stop a few minutes away. We are looking for students or working professional as us current tenants are a combination of students at the U of L and working professionals. We do currently have 2 cats on the property now so we are not looking to have any more pet.

We are able to have the room furnished if required

Close proximity to University, Grocery Stores
We have people ages 20-28 currently living in the house. All individuals are quiet and respectful of the house. You almost don’t know you are living with people.
