1 large, furnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in St. Boniface, only 15min walk from the Forks! All utilities included, hydro, gas, and wifi. Washer/dryer combo in unit. Lots of street parking available at the front as well as 1 parking spot at the back. I’ve parked using both and happy to discuss parking set up if you’ve also got a car! You will be living with 1 roommate (me), and my 11 year old cat Shelby.

Second and third floor of a house, second floor is the bedroom and shared washroom, kitchen (fully stocked except for coffee maker), living/dining room. Third floor is a large attic where you can put a tv/gaming system, exercise/etc. Nice sunny balcony facing south!

Large room is fully furnished with a king-sized bed, closet, small night tables, and side table.

I am 31 years old, working for a union. I work irregular hours out of the house a lot, so I’m usually gone for most of the day. I don’t really cook so there’s lots of fridge space. Looking for someone who is a good communicator, has experience living with roommates, and picks up after themselves in the common areas. Happy to chat and grab occasional coffee/dinner, as well as give space for our separate lives. Also looking for someone who likes cats and wants to live with my cat Shelby! He stays in my room/with me when I’m home most of the time, but his food/water bowls are in the kitchen. He’s very friendly and loves to hang out!
