• Yard is wider than shown - reclaiming the grass from the overgrown ivy & blackberries this Spring.

• If you can afford more, you can have more - almost like your own ‘wing’…2nd room could give you a project room or separate your BR/LR. Just ask me about it if interested

One mature female with small quiet dog live in the house well separated from the room on offer, both friendly but generally keep to themselves. We don’t bark or yap very much.

Open to grocery splitting, occasional communal BBQ and game nights if desired. Bonus if you are handy and like to make stuff and want a helper or are willing to guide me. Those are my interests if we get along and you share them. Otherwise, just looking for someone who is considerate of property and utility costs and doesn’t tend to annoy others as a general rule.
