About the room

Relocated my office to upstairs, leaving a nice sized 12x12 room not counting alcove where the desk now is,with its own private entrance to the side driveway.

Will furnish with a double bed and a futon, TV and the fireplace for ambience (there is baseboard heating), plus I’m putting a full wardrobe in where the desk is now and you can use the small closet for storage. Or bring your own.

About the roomies

One mature female with small quiet dog live in the house well separated from the room on offer, both friendly but generally keep to themselves. We don’t bark or yap very much.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
