A 5 minute drive from downtown, located in upscale Norwood, this newer 2-story home has 1648 sq.ft of living space, and within walking distance of groceries, restaurants, dentist, doctor, and other essential services. Each floor has its own living area.

The place is being setup for the construction of an eventual 3rd bedroom addition, but in the meantime has 3 bedrooms ‘areas’. The sooner you demand the construction of the expansion, the sooner I will begin working on it (but probably not this year, still planning and need your inputs). Otherwise, I am perfectly fine with being lazy and just leaving the community bed where it is. It’s also handy if you have friends or family who want a temporary place to stay.

But, there is a reservation system on who gets it. Though, I prefer it remain unused.

• 400 sq.ft rooftop deck (mostly yours for the using, I rarely use it)

About Me:

• 40+ white male with no kids (I don’t have regular guests).
• Well educated, with an engineering degree.
• Generally quiet and clean, keep to myself.
• Don’t watch TV or play loud music.
• I work from home (YouTube content creator, during the day)
• Very laid back
• Social drinker and 420 smoker.

Guests:

• Sometimes ex-roommate uses the bonus bed, when in town.
• Keeps his stuff in garage for storage
• There is also a 4th bonus hide-a-bed he left for your guests to use, occasionally

What I am looking for:

• Someone with a similar preference for quiet, and cleanliness.
• Keeps to the themself with a job that isn’t work from home.
• College student with day-time classes would be OK, too.
• Must be able to pay the rent on time, and drama-free.
