Unit: This is a 3-bedroom, 2-storey detached house with 4 washrooms total. Two washrooms include a shower/bath. The house also has an in-unit washer and dryer, and tenants can use them. There are two bedrooms available for rent. Bedroom #1: Fully furnished. Bedroom #2: Currently set up as an office. I can provide a single bed, a nightstand, and a desk and chair. This room also has a good-sized walk-in closet.

Tenants will share the full washroom on the second floor. It will be shared only between the two tenants.

The house is in a transit-friendly area with TTC ( Line 2 - Victoria Park Station) ) and GO Train nearby. The closest bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. You will not need a car for day-to-day needs. See the map for details. You can also bike to downtown in about 35 minutes.

Once all rooms are rented, there will be 3 residents in the house total. Right now, it’s just me and my cat, Rex.

He’s an older cat and very friendly. He’s calm and gentle.

RENTAL TERMS: Roommate of owner. Living with the owner where a kitchen/bathroom is shared. Rent paid to me. There will be a written roommate agreement.

RENT CONTROL: Rent control does not apply (Roommate living with unit owner).

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Proof of income, Credit check, Landlord references, Past rental history, Last month’s rent deposit.

A bit about me: I’m an engineer and I mostly work from the office. Some week I work from home a day or two, but it varies. I’m quiet and usually in bed by 10 PM. I don’t watch much TV, and when I do, I use Bluetooth headphones.

Currently, its just my cat and I that live in the house. I am looking to have 2 additional roommates for a total of 3 people living in the house.
