Students welcome (Trent, Fleming, Oxford, Seneca, Toronto aviation), recent grads, those on a work term, those starting a first job, high school grads.

Absolutely IDEAL for international students and other students who travel LIGHT. These are newly furnished rooms; almost everything is supplied.

If you travel light, if you are an international student with only your personal items, if you simply choose to not have a moving van with you - then this home is perfect. Almost everything is new; you may use what’s here ; The kitchens are well supplied with cooking ‘things. ‘. It’s almost turnkey.

If you chose to be somewhat private, that’s fine. If you wish to interact a bit, that too Is perfect. This is a no judgement home. You are respected.

There are MSc and PhD people who have been here for 17 months. We do our best to be a small family: we help each other when we are able.

ALL nationalities welcome. But presently there are Pakistani and Indian MSc and PhD students residing here. This is a private and respectable home.
