If you travel light, if you are just arriving form out of country or out of province - and you simply don’t have much beyond your personal things and clothes - then this home is absolutely perfect. Almost everything is supplied.

I don’t have storage space, so if you have a lot of extra items - I don’t have the ability to store things.

I will consider renting these large double rooms to 2 students; $1,000 per room , but my preference is to rent the final room to 1 student.
