The bedroom is located in the corner of the house, is south-facing, and gets lots of natural sunlight throughout the day. It is also away from the kitchen, which makes it especially quiet and peaceful. The bathroom will be shared with only one person.
We really value keeping the home clean, peaceful, and respectful. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful, easygoing, and career-oriented, with a good sense of how to share a communal living space thoughtfully. Someone with a healthy lifestyle and a good vibe would be a great fit.
Rent: $1,100/month
Damage deposit: 50% of one month’s rent
Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.
