3 bedroom 1 bathroom unit in the upper level of a duplex near uptown Waterloo. Fully furnished, utilities included except for Wi-Fi ($29/month). Spacious shared living room with lots of natural light. We are looking for someone to sign a 12 month lease starting September 2026, or sign as early as May 2026 (May 2026-August 2027)
