Hi! I’m an undergrad looking for a roommate to share a small two-bedroom close to McGill University with, preferably, another student. The lease is one year, beginning in May. I have already been living here for a year, and I hope to stay! The larger of the two bedrooms is available for rent, fully furnished (Double bed & mattress, two nightstands, dresser, desk, and chair), and is quite large, with two closets and a large window with lots of natural light!

Additional Amenities: Keyless entry to the building & unit (there are two external and one internal doors with different codes, so security is good!) Elevator Laundry room on the first floor, right beside the elevator Baseboard heaters in all rooms I have mostly equipped the kitchen (dishware and cutlery, basic kitchen tools, basic appliances + a small kettle, small blender, and a coffee machine with assorted accessories) Three shared closets for storage (one big and two smaller)

Cost(s): Rent includes water & furnishing) Hydro averages out at around $100 a month for the year (in the warmer months, it is usually under $50 for the billing period of 2 months, but does go up to around $150 because of the cost of heating in the winter)

I am also hoping to sublet, if possible, between May and August, as I will be travelling for the summer semester and then likely working in my home province. If you are interested in that as well, or just subletting for the summer semester, shoot me a message!

I am majoring in English Literature and Classical Studies and will enter the third year of my degree in May. My hobbies mostly just include reading and art, and I am from Ontario and usually return there over the breaks!
