About the roomies
I own and manage this property part time and work full time with the city of Calgary. I currently have master bedroom available on the main floor with private backyard access directly from room. I have mostly university students living here at the moment. It is mixed living, but I am looking mainly for a male students or a full-time employees. This location is prime due to convenient distance to essential stores as well as LRT station. The room is fully furnished and rent is including all utilities and bills. Laundry is within the house.There are three full bathrooms as well as two full kitchen SHARED.
