The house is two stories with the downstairs being available for rent both the laundry and kitchen are shared. All utilities are included up to $200 expect 33 for internet, and every 2 months hydro.

We are looking for someone who’s clean, chill, respectful, a good communicator and takes initiative. Only looking for someone who’s seeking long term.

There are two roommates who live in the upper part of the house.

Valerie who’s a 24 year-old trans girl. She’s a barista and has a sweet cat named Goose. She loves gaming and writing. And often keeps to herself.

Fay 28 she/her who works in health care, she enjoys reading, and various other hobbies and crafts. You can often find her in the living room either playing a video game or tinkering away.
