Great old townhouse on Manning Ave between Koreatown and Little Italy! The unit includes a private back patio, in-unit washer and dryer, gas stove, and lots of kitchen storage space. The open bedroom has a built-in overhead fan, removable desk, and a solid window.

Overall, nice little place in a really good location.

I love to cook and I’m currently working in a kitchen, although I’m hoping to take some time off at some point to do some formal culinary study. I’m also a big basketball fan, and get out to play quite often. On top of that, I like to play music and have been trying to get into playing more consistently.

Our other roommate Andrew gets to the gym most evenings and has an awesome cat named Macbeth (although he is a bit mean towards other pets so we unfortunately can’t allow any more in the unit)
