Great old townhouse on Manning Ave between Koreatown and Little Italy! The unit includes a private back patio, in-unit washer and dryer, gas stove, and lots of kitchen storage space. The open bedroom has a built-in overhead fan, removable desk, and a solid window.

Overall, nice little place in a really good location.

I love to cook and I’m currently working in a kitchen, although I’m hoping to take some time off at some point to do some formal culinary study. I’m also a big basketball fan (big Keyonte George supporter), and get out to play quite often. On top of that, I like to play music and have been trying to get into playing more consistently. I played the drums as a kid so I’m forever atleast mediocre, but I’m hoping to get a bit better. Also, as a note, any drum kit I use would be electric with headphones, so not super loud and obnoxious.
