Large apartment. Comes furnished. But can remove if required. Pool table in the second dining room and the den is a full photography studio. If you are a photographer this is super sweet! Laundry in the unit. The place is well furnished and there will not be a lot of room for extra furniture. Bills are internet, and electricity. About $120 ish depending on heat or AC requirements.

About the roomies

Photography student in last year at NSCC. Likes to go out. Not very noisy. Enjoy music especially of all sorts. Surf, sailing, mountain biking and photography keep me busy.
