The area is serviced by bus 10,24,29 and 4, with bus stops in 3 minutes walking distance.

The rent includes heat and water. The wifi is 35 dollars a month, and power is around 40 a month per individual.

Ideally looking for a student, as you will be sharing this space with a student.

No canabis, or smoking in or around the apartment is permitted.
