A private unfurnished room is available for rent in a 2 bedroom 1 bath basement apartment, in 5 minutes walking distance to SMU. The place is very close to Atlantic Superstore, Sobeys and the VG hospital. The room is available from September or August 1.
The area is serviced by bus 10,24,29,7 and 4, with bus stops in 3 minutes walking distance.
The rent includes heat and water. The wifi is 35 dollars a month, and power is around 30 a month per individual.
Ideally looking for a student, as you will be sharing this space with a student.
No canabis, or smoking in or around the apartment is permitted!
