Looking for someone to replace me as a tenant in an unfurnished room in a cozy basement 2-bed 1-bath apartment.

The place is very close to Atlantic Superstore, Sobeys, SMU, and the VG hospital.

The area is serviced by busses 10, 24, 29 and 4, with bus stops in 3 minutes walking distance.

The rent includes heat and water. The wifi is 35 dollars a month, and power is around 40 a month per individual.

Ideally looking for a student, as you will be sharing this space with a student.

No cannabis, or smoking in or around the apartment is permitted. This is a quiet building.
