DEN with it own bathroom. Not a huge space. Closest is the foyer closet. It’s downtown close to everything. Queen station is the closest. There’s a no frills 4 minutes away. A gym, pool/hot tub, lounge room, hangout spot, and fire place area. Utilities is hydro, internet not included. Deposit is 2,600 it wouldn’t allow me to go over 1,200. Rent is 1,200, utilities is around 30-40, interest is 28.25, and you’re required to get insurance.

About the roomies

I’m moving out. Just one other roommate. She’s very clean, quiet for the most part, and respectful. She works most days 9-7 I believe. She is planning on moving by September.
