The room is located on the second floor of a two-story building in a 4-bedroom apartment, shared with three other people. It is in the Marpole neighborhood, with supermarkets, shops, gyms, and restaurants all within walking distance. The location is very convenient for transit: it’s about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride to Marine Drive Station (Canada Line), and less than a 5-minute walk to bus stops for the 17, 10, and 100 lines. The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, and chair, and includes a spacious closet.

The apartment is shared with three girls (ages 19–26) who are all students and live pretty similar lifestyles. We’re all friendly, respectful, and get along really well. The place is generally clean, calm, and a comfortable space to come home to after school or work.

We’re looking for someone who is also clean, considerate, and easygoing to join the apartment, as one of our roommates is moving back home. Ideally, we’d love someone who enjoys a peaceful living environment and is happy sharing space with other students
