This is a 4 bedroom house with 1 bedroom available for April 15, 2026, and 2 more bedrooms available for May 15th, 2026. All above ground, sunny and fully renovated as of 2023. In-unit laundry, heating and A/C, all utilities included other than internet. The house has 2 flights of stairs to access its 3 floors. On the bottom floor is the 1st bedroom available, it is the largest room in the house however it’s bathroom is on the top (3rd) floor and would be shared with 1 person in the top floor bedroom. A porch at the entrance and a balcony on the third floor is available for smoking however inside the house is 100% smoke free. This is area is a sanctuary in the city, a few minutes walk to TTC buses and >15 minute walk to the closest grocery store.

The last 3 years this has been a shared home for a group of friends. Life is pulling us in different directions now, and only 1 of us is looking to continue to live here. It has been a queer household with a communal style kitchen. As only one bedroom is available for April 15th you would get to know 3 of us before we start looking for someone to take the rooms available in May. Hannah (me) - I am the roommate that would be staying. I am a white cis queer woman with 2 jobs and 1 cat. I am an extrovert, easygoing, and looking for roommates who don’t want to remain strangers. I have a TV in the small shared living room and will be happy to have company for the occasional movie night. My full time job is WFH so I will be sat in my room Mon - Fri 9 to 5, but my second job is evenings and weekends out in the village. I will ask whoever is coming in is also cat friendly, as my friendly cat enjoys the company of all. My other 2 roommates that are leaving in May will prefer I don’t publicly post their info, but considering they would only be around until May 15 I figured my info is the one that matters most. They would be happy to share their info privately and would be apart of all in person meetings for roommate interviews.
