There are three bedrooms in total and a nicely sized shared bathroom with a good amount of storage! There is some communal storage, but each bedroom also has a closet. We have a very new dishwasher and brand new in-house washer & dryer units.

Our little shared home is walking distance (under 10 minutes) from Bonnie Doon Mall and the attached Safeway; Multiple different transit stops are also very close to the house! There is a small fenced backyard as well, and a concrete pad for parking in the alleyway. The neighborhood itself is very pretty with big trees and quiet homeowners, with relatively low traffic and decent parking. We are also walking distance from Whyte Ave. If you happen to be a student, transit to UofA is very accessible.

The landlord is very kind and always quick to help with any house issues we have, he also provides us with wifi for free! Cats and Dogs are allowed at the discretion of the landlord, but a one-time pet fee is required. The property is non-smoking as part of the lease.

My name is Mik and I’m 24; I do a lot of cleaning and keeping everything tidy, I am very clean and like to keep things that way! I’m a pretty laidback person but like to keep busy, I am also queer and currently work with animals. I enjoy birdwatching, writing, and drawing!

My other roommate is actually my little sibling, who will be staying with us until September when they move into UofA dorms.

We are both very chill and agreeable people :)
