This is a sublet starting from May 2, 2026 to August 25, 2026. You can also leave early if needed. The property is a Uottawa residence, called Hyman Soloway. It is an off-campus apartment-style. A four-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (only a shower, not a bathtub), and a mini living room area. It is a private room with a lock to keep personal items and documents safe. There are 2 bathrooms, which means you will be sharing with only 1 other person or none at all. The room has a double bed, a table, a chair, and a sliding door closet. It is situated in downtown Ottawa, with the Uottawa campus being across the road. It is very near (about a 5-minute walk) from food and drinks spots (shawarma, hamburger, sushi, Starbucks, Coco, etc). Connected to the building is also a Second Cup cafe. Near the Rideau Mall and Rideau Street, which has Metro, Loblaws, and Asian stores. The laundry is free, and there is a common room on the first floor. Parking does not come with it; it comes with free wifi, heating, and air conditioning. It is located on the second floor and is beside the fire escape/ stairs.

Finances: $955 a month, $50 deposit fee!

Currently, there are 4 people living in the apartment, all of whom have private rooms. We are all very calm, clean, and tend to focus on our own things. We are all Uottawa students so some might be gone for the summer.
