Large bright house, I’ve housed 30 highschool exchange students from all over the world. Looking to try adult roommates. Have 3 spare rooms available, my 21 yo son lives here. Open to different pets and people as long as we get along and take care of my home. Could be a single parent and child if you wanted to rent more than one room and negotiate price. First time opening up my home this way so let’s see what happens:)

I’m 49, work full time day shift. My son is 21 and works various hours. He’s a great roommate, I cook, he cleans. We keep a tidy house.
