You will get a private room furnished with the basics of a Bed and Desk. Each room has a private bathroom as well as closet space. Internet, water, electricity and gas are included in the listed price.

The house is located only one train away from Health and Sciences and we are located 2 minutes away walking from the train station.

The people currently living in the house are mostly university students at the UofA. Any Gender is welcome and we are looking for trustworthy people who will maintain the common areas to a decent degree of cleanliness.
