Room for rent in a 3 bedroom apartment in English Bay. A block away from the beach, Stanley Park, groceries & anything else that you would need. It’s the perfect location for the summer!

Building has a gym, rooftop patio with amazing views of the city, a study lounge, co working space.

Apartment is furnished, has an in-suite washer and dryer, and the current tenant is able to sell you her bed if needed. Otherwise, your room is unfurnished. Would be sharing a bathroom with one roommate.

Will not be replying to “is this available?”. Looking for a long term rental — 4+ months.

You would be living with 2 female roomates in their mid twenties & a blonde lab called Polo (he’s the best — 1 pet allowed per unit). Very relaxed living space — all tenants get along well. Looking for a like minded, ideally mid to late twenties (preferable female) easygoing, clean individual, who respects shared space.

1 tenant wakes up very early for work, so all tenants respect quiet hours after 11pm during the week.
