Hi. I am 59 and retired. I am looking for a roommate in Leduc that wants to share a house with me. I am actively looking for a place now but costs in Leduc are insane and I don’t want to live in a basement. I have furniture and all households items if need be. If anyone is interested in sharing accommodation let me know. I am relatively quiet, I have grandkids that like to visit but never without confirmation from my roommate. I am clean, very organized and relatively quiet. I drink socially but no drugs. I don’t care what you do on your time as long as it’s not in the house. I do smoke but it is outside. I have a place in mind and it is beautiful. I have lived there before. I like to travel so we would have to trust. Ideally someone who cleans up after themselves. I am a bit of a clean freak.
