Private bedroom with your own connected bathroom in a spacious, well-maintained house, available May through August. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, and shelving, so you can move right in.

The house has two fully equipped kitchens (one per floor), each with a dishwasher, oven, and two fridges, so you’ll always have fridge and counter space. There’s also in-house laundry, a backyard, garage, and driveway parking.

The house will be mostly empty over the summer with very few occupants, so you’ll have plenty of space, privacy, and quiet. Up to 3 additional private rooms with bathrooms may also be available — reach out if you’re looking to sublet with a group of friends.

Location is about a 15-minute walk to campus and 20 minutes to the nearby mall with Metro, Shoppers Drug Mart, and other shops — easy access to groceries and essentials without needing a car. Looking for a responsible, clean tenant. Happy to answer any questions or set up a viewing.

The house will be very quiet over the summer. At most one of the regular tenants will be around occasionally, and there may be 1–3 other summer subletters as well. Everyone is respectful and clean, the house is well looked after year-round and that carries into the summer. It’s a relaxed, low-key living situation with plenty of personal space and shared areas to go around. You’ll never feel crowded.
